We have answered some of your frequently asked questions below: Yes, all our internet plans are TRULY UNLIMITED with no data caps whatsoever. The installation is dependent on the selected plan and type of deployment. Simple installations may take between 30-45 minutes to complete. For deployments that require specialized intallations this could take between 1 to 2.5 hours. Payments can be made directly through our website when you sign up to an internet plan. Alternatively, you can chat with us on WhatsApp for Bank transfers or Mobile Money payments. The one-time installation fee can vary from GH₵ 500 to GH₵2,000 for Residential, Business and Turbo plans. The first step is to check that both the LAN and POE cables are properly fixed in and the POE box is well plugged in with a steady white or blue light to prevent fluctuations.
